Second, keep every scrap of paper related to your medical treatment. You never know what a new doctor may need, so keep everything from every doctor you see. Also, if you decide to file a claim, you will need all the records and bills to back up that claim. Nothing is too small! It's better to save something and not need it than to toss it and wish you had kept it.
