Andrew Ree


Andrew Ree graduated from Emory University with degrees in both Political Science and Economics. He received his Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration in marketing from Emory University’s prestigious JD/MBA program.

Andrew is a highly trained and experienced attorney in both the practice of law and business marketing (both domestic and international). After completing the JD/MBA program, Andrew went to work for the state of Georgia Attorney General as an Assistant Attorney General where he spent five years representing government agencies ranging from the Governor’s Office of Consumer Affairs to several state licensing boards including the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the Georgia Athlete Agents Regulatory Commission.

Upon leaving the Attorney General’s office, Andrew then went on to spend three years as Legal Counsel and Director of Marketing for Today’s Athletes for Tomorrow, International, where he handled contract negotiations, promotions, and legal matters for over twenty athletes in the National Football League.

There, he had the privilege of working with several sports legends including Chicago Bears defensive end and 1986 Super Bowl MVP, Richard Dent, Chicago Bulls legend, Michael Jordan, San Francisco 49ers Hall of Famer, Ronnie Lott, and boxing great, Mohammed Ali, to name a few.

Andrew has represented Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver, 2006 Super Bowl MVP and 2011 Dancing with the Stars Mirror Ball Champion, Hines Ward, for the past 15 years and currently handles all of Hines’ business, legal and marketing (including all promotional and endorsement opportunities) affairs. In addition, Andrew represents Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver sensation, Mike Wallace and Cleveland Cavaliers point guard, Ramon Sessions for legal and marketing matters.

Andrew opened his own firm in 2000, then partnered with Michael Braun to establish the super firm of Braun & Ree, LLP in 2002.

Andrew has been admitted to practice in all three regions of the U.S. District Court in Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. His areas of specialty include personal injury, automobile accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, wrongful death and other catastrophic injuries.

Andrew is also highly trained and experienced in sports and entertainment law, specifically in professional athlete management, representation, marketing and promotions. Andrew has a wealth of contacts in both the sports and entertainment worlds and is known for his creative and innovative approach to sports and entertainment marketing.

He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the National Asian Pacific Bar Association. One of the unique features of his practice is his ability to offer legal and marketing services to clients of Korean and Hispanic origin.
